Insight-driven positioning
In response to the fast evolution of the energy storage solutions market, Capture Energy wanted to create a brand to carry their ambitious growth targets and asked for help from Kuudes. To gain insights about the customers, category and what makes Capture Energy stand out, Kuudes conducted research, including interviews with customers and stakeholders and desktop studies. Looking at the other players in the category, there seemed to be a homogeneity in terms of how they look and talk. We wanted the Capture Energy brand to stand out.
After the insight phase, the Kuudes team developed the key elements of the brand strategy, including the brand promise, key messages, brand persona and brand narrative. To make the brand both distinct and different, Kuudes proposed a strategy that builds upon their most valued asset; their team of experts, and their dedication to providing solutions that makes a good business, while supporting the shift to renewables. The visual identity of Capture Energy is all about good energy.
The visuals are designed to communicate approachability, the energy storage category they’re in, Nordic values and the expertise and the team. The image concept is drawing inspiration from energetic real-life moments with stankeholders and serene imagery of Nordic nature. The use of round shapes with sharp edges reflects the balance between approachability and the sharp minds of the team. Additionally, the vibrant colours symbolise the energy and accessibility of the brand
