In recent years, mental health issues have become the most common cause of absences in Finnish workplaces. Our service and concept designers teamed up with Työterveyslaitos (Finnish Institute of Occupational Health) to battle this alarming trend by identifying and creating a research-backed toolbox that helps change the course of workplace mental health support.
