From insight to impactful service 

Kuudes partnered with the Finnish Heart Association (Sydänliitto) to develop a service concept designed to raise awareness of heart health risks and support lifestyle changes among women. Through in-depth consumer research, Kuudes uncovered key factors influencing engagement and identified barriers preventing action. These insights formed the foundation for expert-led concept development, resulting in a service that speaks directly to the target audience.

A digital tool bringing heart health closer to women

The outcome is a user-friendly tool that delivers tailored, reliable information and practical solutions. At its core is an intuitive digital survey platform that helps users identify their own health risks and take control of their wellbeing. By making small, positive health choices more accessible and reinforcing them with peer stories and clear, engaging content, the platform encourages women to take the first steps towards a healthier life.
