Ben is the co-founder of Hunter Gatherer in Shanghai, a seed-to-table restaurant and marketplace sourcing from their own organically-certified farms in China. They are dedicated to transparency in their supply chains and will give you insights on opportunities for Nordic food brands when entering the international market.
Inger is Head of Foodservice Marketing at Arla Foods, and a member of the core team that co-created the new brand strategy and identity for the company’s global B2B business. She will share some of the challenges and learnings of working toward an ambitious new mind-set in brand-building.
